2024 Vino Friendo Bianco - Fiano

Straight Fiano, fermented on skins for 3 weeks, and aged in amphora for 7 months.

Flavour: Fresh citrus and lemon leaf, with soft tropical papaya and pineapple notes characteristic of a warm vintage, finishing with a moorish salinity. 

Pairing: A match made in heaven for roast chicken in all forms, even Chicken Crimpy shapes would be great.
