2025 Vino Friendo Fiano

Straight Fiano, cold soaked on skins for a day, and then direct pressed to amphora for 7 months.

Flavour: Fresh citrus and lemon leaf, with lots of baked pears, and spiced apples, a little ground almond and finishing with a moorish salinity. 

Pairing: A match made in heaven for roast chicken in all forms, even Chicken Crimpy shapes would be great.
